Onesimus Foundation, in conjunction with the Working with Men Network, is very pleased to host a two day Restorative Justice training event in January 2023.
This two day training will equip participant to resolve conflict by the use of Restorative Practices. Training includes building an understanding of Affect Script Psychology and the use of questions that build understanding between the parties in conflict. Training will include practical scenarios to develop and practice learning.
Morning and afternoon tea will be provided however delegates are requested to provide their own lunch.
About the trainer:
John Lennox is an experienced practitioner who developed the application in Tasmania Police, was later a contracted facilitator and trainer with Youth Justice, Education Department, and other non-government organizations. He has attended conferences in the UK, New Zealand and several Australian States and lectured at UTAS and Cambridge University.
This training is provided without cost to participants.
